If you need to send a part or item into Tech Support for repair you must get an RMA number
The best way to get an RMA#  is to send an email to [email protected]

Reminder: Do not send in any dongles or cables unless directed to do so.  If directed to do so please tape them down inside or on the surface of the item so as to not get lost or damaged.
 
You must fill out the RMA form entirely for each item and include it with the item(s) sent,   or the item(s) will be returned to you not repaired
 
 YOU MUST INCLUDE DETAILS OF WHAT IS WRONG AND WHAT DID YOU TRY TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE ITEM
 
Your RMA#(s) will look like this: "TS12345"
 
Just a reminder RMA#'s are only good for 7 days so don't delay on getting your items in for repair.
 
Include:
Your Location #
Your Location Name
The item needing repair
The serial# of that item
A brief description of what is wrong with the item
The person requesting the RMA and a contact Phone#

MAKE SURE THE RMA# IS WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX

SPT will then send you your RMA#
If you send in an item with no RMA# it will be shipped back to the location NOT repaired.

On this page is also an RMA form you can use and put into the box so we know who sent the item for repair,
the use of the form will expidite the process.

BE ADVISED ONLY SEND THE ITEM, DO NOT SEND CABLES OR DONGLES AS THESE WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF THEY GET LOST IN SHIPPING
