These are Type 3 Kiosk Images - Note the printer and layout of internal parts.

If you have any type of issue with your Kiosk:
1. Identify the type you have by the images above
2. Do some basic troubleshooting so you will have some helpful knowledge when the POS team works with you
3. Put in a Service Now Ticket or Call POS Support to have a ticket started (972-258-5451)
4. POS Department will trouble shoot with you
5. Once the issue is fully identified, POS will send the ticket over to SPT Tech Support for any parts needed.
6. Install the parts the day they arrive and verify unit is operational
7. Send the bad parts back to SPT with the Tag attached. 

* If you call SPT directly they will refer you to POS ( Step 3 above )
** Kiosk parts typically will be shipped overnight, and will arrive on Saturday if ordered on Friday.
      Any parts arriving on Saturday should be installed on Saturday, not held to Monday.
